With its DentaMile portfolio, DMG is aiming to simplify the digital workflow for dental practices and laboratories, creating validated work processes that are suitable for everyday use. With the launch of the DentaMile connect software, DMG’s product range for dental 3D printing is now complete.
Software, hardware and materials
Whether you’re a dentist or a dental technician, your everyday work requires an integrated digital workflow where software, hardware and materials interact smoothly. As Britta Meister-Petuker, Master Dental Technician and DMG Product Management Manager explains, “That’s why we at DMG want to offer solutions, not just products. A complete package that is suitable for everyday use – from cloud-based software, 3D printers and post-processing units, to materials. The work process must be quick, easy and validated. We have completely committed ourselves to this DentaMile principle.”
Award-winning DentaMile connect software
DMG has now proudly launched DentaMile connect. The cloud-based software is a design and digital print processing platform, which connects dentist and technician in a smooth workflow, that processes the restoration automatically, ready to print locally or remotely! Scan to design (by technician or dentist) can now be done in minutes within the same web portal.
The new software simplifies 3D printing to such an extent that the technology can be fully integrated into everyday work – without any technological barriers. For this achievement, DentaMile connect received the German Innovation Award 2020.
